balcony was a bonus. palate, located within 10 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. all the main sights, including waikato museum are really close to the hotel.

Excellent service, comfortable surroundings. We found Bryce Corner to dine in 400 metres from the hotel. Decent place for city trip in Hamilton.
